My name is Amira. I have been running track since 6 years old. I have always love exercising and working out. I studied Kinesiology (study of body movement) and earned my Bachelor's degree. I whole heartedly believe that exercise is medicine and can be fun and rewarding. I have had experience of being a D1 athlete at multiple universities, so I have been able to study strength and conditioning. I have been coaching young athletes for about 5 years and personal trianing for 3 years. My focus is athletic style training, rehabilitation style, endurance, and strength training. I love challenging my trainees and love personal training.
